Our visit to the Shahumyan Village brought a lot of happiness to everyone.
Arevik lives with her 6 children, the eldest daughter is 18, the youngest is 1 year old. They live with her husband and mother-in-law in Shahumyan Village, Lori Province. Because of her husband's illness, there was a lot of debt accumulated, and her husband, despite the illness is taking care of other people's livestock to provide for the family.
Arevik was very happy, as there was no word about the children, who were were going from box to another. We took food, which will last for more than a year, or even more, a cow, to ensure food and sustainable daily income, at the same time giving them fresh milk and yoghurt every day. The family named the cow Maral. In addition, we took the family an automatic washing machine, a refrigerator, an electric oven, a kettle, lots of flour, stationery for the children, shoes, winter coats and more for all members of the family.
Arevik was surprised to say the least, she said that she had not received any help from anyone in her entire life and did not expect that they would get so many gifts, which will alleviate her situation and help them get out of their extreme condition.
This is all because of your kindness and generosity. Thank you for helping this family. God bless <3
